Manufacturing Consortium Partners with San Jacinto College for $275,402 Job-Training Grant

A Manufacturing Consortium, including E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company and Kaneka North America LLC have partnered with San Jacinto College to provide job training using a $275,402 Skills Development Fund grant from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Investment & Development Ventures, LLC (IDV) and a Fortune 500 energy client have signed a long term agreement for construction of a Build-to-Suit office building in Pasadena, TX. The site is located in Park 225, at 300 Beltway Green Blvd, and is the 8th project developed in the business park. The facility is designed as a 3-story, 82,800 square foot office building on ~5 acres and will be constructed of tilt wall, structural steel and insulated glass.
