Current Projects

Planning and design work for Phase II of Richey Street that covers between Southmore Avenue and South Houston Blvd has been completed. Engineering is expected to be completed in summer 2021 and construction is slated to commence in Q4 of 2021. $60K were allotted for the planning and design phase of this project.
