Board Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to the Pasadena Economic Development Corporation's (PEDC) Board of Directors. PEDC's purpose is to promote and support economic development and quality of life in Pasadena. We are financed by a half-cent sales tac collected in the city of Pasadena. The Board is responsible for governing PEDC and making decisions that help drive economic development for the city of Pasadena. The board consists of seven members appointed by Pasadena City Council. Each director must be a resident of the city of Pasadena. Directors will be appointed to serve two-year terms of office and required to attend monthly board meetings held the 4th Thursday of every month.
