Current Projects

The Pasadena Economic Development Corporation is advancing a reimagined vision for the Pasadena Convention Center that reflects community feedback, market demand, and long-term fiscal responsibility. The updated project focuses on modernizing and expanding the existing facility into a flexible, traditional conference and event venue designed to better serve business meetings, conventions, community events, and regional gatherings.

In addition to the building improvements, the overall initiative includes supporting projects such as parking lot lighting upgrades, Project Financing Zone (PFZ) efforts, and the pursuit of Economic Development Administration (EDA) funding to help strengthen the project's long-term success.
