Aurora Plastics completes upgrade and expansion of Texas compounding facility

Aurora Plastics (Streetsboro, OH) announced that it has completed the expansion and renovation of its 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. The investment marks the company’s continued commitment to expanding the services and products offered to customers in the western and southern United States and its focus to grow export business, said the company in a press release.
The renovated plant includes upgrades in compound blending, controls and automation systems as well as a new lab and expanded product testing capabilities. Aurora is a leading supplier of rigid and flexible PVC products as well as thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs); CPE alloys; custom TPO formulations and alloys; flame-retardant concentrates; low-smoke zero-halogen compounds; and purge compounds.
