Pasadena logistics co. leases industrial space east of Houston

Pasadena, Texas-based warehousing and transloading firm has signed on to lease more than 146,000 square feet of industrial space in its home city.
American Cross-Dock & Storage entered into a deal to lease 102,863 square feet at 9701 New Decade Drive, which is located within the Bayport North Logistics Center I near the intersection of W. Fairmont Parkway and Genoa Red Bluff Road. Additionally, the company entered into a sublease arrangement for 44,000 square feet at 13225 Bay Park Road, which is located about 10 minutes to the east off W. Fairmont Parkway.
