What kind of impact do you hope to create?
My goal is to help position Pasadena as both a premier travel destination and one of the best places in Texas to start, grow and invest in a business. I want people, whether they’re visitors, entrepreneurs, or corporate leaders to see Pasadena as a city full of opportunity, momentum and pride.

How do you hope to engage with local businesses and residents?
I plan to fully immerse myself in the community. This means spending time listening, meeting with location business owners, residents, and community leaders to better understand their needs, ideas and aspirations. By building those relationships, PEDC can become a partner and resource that facilitates commerce and long-term success.

What’s a value that guides your work?
I strongly believe in fair and equal opportunity for everyone. Economic development should be inclusive and accessible. My focus is on connecting business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporations with the right resources to help them start, expand and strengthen their ideas in meaningful ways.

What strengths do you bring to the organization?
I bring hands on experience building economic development organizations from the ground up and working with communities of all sizes. I’ve helped attract a range of businesses from hotels and retail, to industrial projects, while also supporting local businesses as they grow. That balanced approach allows me to focus on both external investment and homegrown success.

What’s something you’re excited to experience in Pasadena?
I’m genuinely excited to experience Pasadena’s culture and history. The city has a rich heritage and strong sense of community and pride. I look forward to learning more about where Pasadena has been and working alongside residents and leaders to help shape the future. I’m humbled to be considered for this role that supports Pasadena’s future.
