Pasadena, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Nippon Shokubai America Industries, Inc. plans to invest $5,000,000.00 to build out 75,000 square feet of new space in Pasadena. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5151 Old Hwy 146 in Pasadena, on or about February 1, 2021. According to the company website Nippon Shokubai’s technology and products are respected by global industry and we have been striving to export our products and license our technology to customers. Furthermore, since the market demands and response expected by suppliers are both more challenging, this has prompted us to establish full-scale offshore production systems.
